The commonly used buckle types for oil casing pipes are pided into three types: EU, NU and New Vam. These three types of buckles can be found in the tool shop. The EU and NU are difficult to distinguish from the appearance of the buckles. They are all triangular buckles, but they can be easily distinguished from the entire column.NU means no external thickening. New Vam is actually a trapezoidal buckle (the cross section is rectangular), but also without thickened, so it is easy to distinguish.
1. EU buckle is an external thickened tubing buckle type. Three EU-related piano logos will also be found during the process of knowing the buckle joints on the shop floor.
2. NU (Non-upset) has no external thickening, NU indicates that there is no outer thickened tubing oint. In addition to no external thickening and EU generally there is a difference is that NU is generally 10 buckles per inch, EU is generally 8 buckles per inch. Where NUE means non-thickened end or end non-thickening.
3. New VAM, this buckle type feature is that the buckle section is basically rectangular, the pitch is equal, the taper is not large, and there is no outer thickening. See the end of the production sleeve at the workshop.
