Structure principle Stainless steel pressure gauge by the pressure system (including joints, spring tube, current limiting screws, etc.), gear transmission, indicating device (pointer and dial) and the shell (including case, table cover, watch glass, etc.) formed.

For instruments filled with liquid in the housing (usually silicone oil or glycerin), it is more resistant to fluctuations in the working environment and reduce the pulsation of the medium pressure.

Installation precautions: (1) To be selected in the measured medium straight pipe section, do not choose the bend in the pipe, bifurcation, dead ends or other easy to form whirlpool place. (2) When measuring the pressure of the flowing medium, take the pressure point perpendicular to the flow direction to clear the burr burr. (3) When measuring the liquid pressure, take the pressure point should be in the lower part of the pipe so that the gas pressure does not accumulate in the guide tube. When measuring the gas, the pressure point should be above the pipe so that liquid will not accumulate in the guide tube.
